Impact beds are an ideal alternative to impact rollers for cushioning loads at loading point. It is constructed with self-lubricating UHMW and high-elastic rubber impact bars to provide maximum protection for the belt surface. When the materials fall onto the belt, the impact bed absorbs impact forces from the materials therefore delivering effective protection against damage to the conveyor belt.
- Impact bars are made of UHMW and natural rubber with aluminum alloy T-track, featuring high wear resistance, low friction and excellent impact resistance;
- Self lubricating, extremely low coefficient of friction;
- Aluminum T-track of impact bars, quick and easy mounting;
- Impact beds are available in fixed and adjustable trough angles;

Our company's business integrates consulting design, manufacturing, installation, after-sales, and operation services. There are professional teams and perfect processes in each stage of project execution. In terms of design, we have our own on-site construction supervision team to feedback the actual operation data and equipment life, which helps to grasp the most accurate usage data for verifying and improving our overall design. In addition, the core components of the telescopic stacker are all produced by our company. The structure and process improvements accumulated over the years ensure the stable and reliable quality of our equipment.
