Belt cleaners, or belt scrapers, are an efficient method to remove bulk waste off conveyor belts. As an expert of belt conveyor components, Zoomry provides primary belt cleaners, secondary belt cleaners and empty section cleaners to meet specific application requirements. The primary belt cleaner is also known as pre-cleaner, placed at the head pulley where the materials discharge. The secondary belt cleaner is located underneath the head pulley to scrape materials that may pass the primary cleaner. The empty section cleaner is mounted at the tail of the belt conveyor.

Carbon steel frame with polyurethane belt scraper blade or tungsten carbide belt scraper blade
Polyurethane scraper blade: fabricated with polyurethane composite material through molding process, the polyurethane blade has features of smooth surface, low friction, good wear resistance and high strength. It can efficiently remove fine particles and sticky materials from a conveyor belt.
Tungsten carbide scraper blade: there are two types of tungsten carbide blades, i.e. single-piece and double-piece mounting plate. By simply adjusting pressure, the belt scraper can provide superior cleaning efficiency.
